About the Job


  • Distinctively review all benefit offers and contracts to discussed with direct manager to ascertain the best program to suit a company's structure, culture, and size.
  • Assionately handles all benefit inquiries from the employees about all benefits program including medical insurance, Premium card, ValU, flight tickets and Ramadan boxes to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.

Benefits Operations:

  • Passionately communicate with medical insurance provider to get the required approvals, add new members, change category and delete the terminated employees.
  • Distinctively communicate & follow up with the medical insurance provider regarding the reimbursement after sending all the required documents & original receipts to the provider.
  • Accurately review all the invoices (claims, addition, administration, debit, doctor on site) received from the medical insurance provider before submitting to the finance for payment.
  • Accurately develop frequent medical reports to be submitted to the direct manager to reveal the utilization vs actual.
  • Accurately monitor and track the doctor’s attendance at all branches to ensure smooth work operations and quality of services.
  • Cooperatively conduct the premium cards to the employees after ensuring accurate data provided by the employees in the requests.
  • Completely handle and control all issues related to the issuance of premium card to enhance quality of service.
  • Precisely conduct and control flights reservations as per company's policy.
  • Accurately settle the flight invoices with expenses section as per company's policy.
  • Distinctively collect and analyze offers from hypermarkets for ramadan boxes as the approved budget to choose the best provided offer as prices and quality.
  • Cooperatively control and follow up the distribution of ramadan boxes to all branches as per plan to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Cooperatively communicate with HR operations teams to handle any problems related to ramadan boxes to enhance providing services.

Other tasks:

  • Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.

Job Requirements
  • University degree in any field.
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in compensation and benefits area.
  • HR Diploma or its equivalent is a more preferable.
  • Very Good user of MS office.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills.
  • Good Problem solving and Very Good communication skills.
