Job Description
- Being a contact person between Customers and all company departments
- Follow up with regular customers on receiving orders before the monthly cut-off date
- Place orders in SAP
- Issue perform invoices and send it to each customer
- Follow up with factory production, loading schedule, and keep customers updated
- Manage any deviation that happens between order, actual production and loading in co-ordination between factory, logistics, and customers.
- Internal communication with the related departments (production - purchasing - marketing)
- Get the confirmation on the production and shipping date.
- Ensure that any change in the original order is communicated and get the approval from the customer and production before taking any action.
- Following up with procurement, production and inventory to guarantee customer convenience.
- Follow up with customers on receiving the payment in the right timing
- Follow up with logistics affecting the shipment in the right timing and according to customer instruction.
- Follow up with logistics the issuance of shipping documents in the right way as per customer needs.
- Handle any further needs from the customer upon consignment arrival at destination port for covering customs and/or health requirements
- Send customer satisfaction forms to all customers
- Prepare progress logs for Export Supervisor
- Attend production planning meeting and follow up on required points
- Communicate with R&D dep on new BOM
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English language and computer skills (Word, excel , Power Point) are essential for this position
- 0-3 years of Experience.
- Sales support previous experience is a plus.
