Job Description

  • Being a contact person between Customers and all company departments
  • Follow up with regular customers on receiving orders before the monthly cut-off date
  • Place orders in SAP
  • Issue perform invoices and send it to each customer
  • Follow up with factory production, loading schedule, and keep customers updated
  • Manage any deviation that happens between order, actual production and loading in co-ordination between factory, logistics, and customers.
  • Internal communication with the related departments (production - purchasing - marketing)
  • Get the confirmation on the production and shipping date.
  • Ensure that any change in the original order is communicated and get the approval from the customer and production before taking any action.
  • Following up with procurement, production and inventory to guarantee customer convenience.
  • Follow up with customers on receiving the payment in the right timing
  • Follow up with logistics affecting the shipment in the right timing and according to customer instruction.
  • Follow up with logistics the issuance of shipping documents in the right way as per customer needs.
  • Handle any further needs from the customer upon consignment arrival at destination port for covering customs and/or health requirements
  • Send customer satisfaction forms to all customers
  • Prepare progress logs for Export Supervisor
  • Attend production planning meeting and follow up on required points
  • Communicate with R&D dep on new BOM

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • English language and computer skills (Word, excel , Power Point) are essential for this position
  • 0-3 years of Experience.
  • Sales support previous experience is a plus.
