Job Description
- Preparation of Project Schedule covering entire scope and within defied timelines
- Calculating Optimal Material requirement , Manpower Requirement & Machinery Requirement
- Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses
- Coordinate with various departments like engineering (who provides working drawings). Procurement , Contractors, quality & Commissioning Departments
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
- Create project closing reports and learnings
Job Requirements
- B.S. Degree in engineering – Architecture or Civil
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in construction field
- Fully conversant with planning software Primavera and MS Project
