Job Description
- Maintain healthy and profitable Brand growth.
- Develop communication, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Lead new campaigns and advertising material development.
- Develops brand communication plans, and manage new concept, campaign testing, and evaluation.
- Ongoing monitoring of Brand, competition and overall market performance.
- Prepare and approve annual Brand plans covering different product segments.
- Build and recommend the annual marketing plan with detailed activities and proposed budgets.
- Manage and control marketing spending in line with the approved budget.
- Propose the required research studies and projects for the Brand.
- Manage research agencies and research projects to achieve desired results.
- Ensure Performance Appraisals are conducted at least once a year for all employees in the team.
