Job Description
- As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Offering administrative support across the organization.
- Welcome guests and greet visitors
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Deal directly with customers by telephone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Perform customer verification and follow up.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Maintenance manager.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and send it to Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- BSc. degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience on an Administrative level.
- Customer service background is an asset.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
