About the Job
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
  • Taking the necessary steps to create client's full satisfaction
  • Providing clients with the necessary professional consultation in finding the right unit.
  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
  • Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
  • Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.
  • Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional trends.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to direct manager.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Roles: Sales/Retail
Job Requirements
  • BA in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
  • Good Command of English and good using for Microsoft office.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills and a Team Player.
  • Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
