Job Description
- Ensure that all the daily reports are sending timely and accurately to the sales team.
- Reconcile the customers/CRs overdue balances between SAP and Legacy System and identify and solve the issues/variances if any.
- Monitor and follow up on the daily closing on Sales System timely and accurately.
- Review and approve all manual adjustment entries.
- Ensure the completeness of monthly balance confirmation with the customers.
- Follow up with USMs and RSMs on the default balances.
- Review the legal status for the customers and CRs and provide legal team all the supporting documents.
- Monitor the commercial team performance and ensure that all the requirements prepared and delivered on time.
- Monitor the Cash cycle process and procedures with the required supporting documents.
- Review the customer/CR aging on SAP and perform the manual clearing to adjust the customer aging on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and Review all Head Office reports on a monthly basis.
- Ensure implementing the COSO key controls in all commercial areas.
- Handling the internal, external, Corporate audit requirements and inquiries.
- Set the commercial team PDR objectives and evaluate the team performance to be reflected in the annual rating.
- Review and approve CR credit on a monthly basis.
- Approve CR/Customer reactivation as per approved SOA.
- Monitor monthly Fiscal Count process and ensure the completeness timely and accurately as per monthly closing checklist.
- Monitor Near to Expiry report and approve the releasing as per SOA and the approved resolutions if any.
- Monthly audit for the related DCs to ensure the completeness of all commercial activities as per OTC and inventory polices.
- Follow up on the distributors process in his region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Economics/ Accounting/ Finance
- Very good command of English language.
- Good user of the SAP/ERP system.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- 0-2 Years in the Accounting & Finance Filed
