Job Description
- Supervise and control operations within branches, ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved.
- Coordinate the setup of nationwide branches
- Setup operations line haul to all branches
- Setup rules and policies for operations
- Recruitment all stuff in all branches
- Setup Infrastructure for Express & Same-Day delivery
- Ensure all training needs are met and that performance is monitored and feedback provided at regular intervals.
- Submit reports, budgets and other documentation as required.
- Implementing quality management and other regulatory compliance strategies in line with company policy.
- Implementation of business measures and strategies related to the business. Working in the international and domestic courier industry

- Experience in the logistics field 8+ years
