Job Description

  • Assists in setting up the company’s strategy, goals and year targets
  • Follow up and work closely with sales team to achieve and exceed the company sales target
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth and got new market.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close business deals
  • Maintain excellent work relationship with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service and identification of potential new sales opportunities and promote products
  • Meet and thinking out of the box to achieve and exceeding monthly and year company targets
  • Develop and implement action plan for increasing the sales in governorates all over Egypt, through utilizing sales force, routes planning and field visits.
  • Manage daily operations, including employee training and development
  • Enhance the sprite of team work, with ability to absorb and solve sales team problems.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, and handling their complaints and setting any dispute and conflicts.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork, and provides high management with weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a Reputable University
  • Must have at least from 10 years of experience.
  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills.
