Job Description

  • Communicate with managers to determine training needs and schedule product/soft skill training sessions
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
  • Design effective training programs and material
  • Oversee implementation of corporate training programs – logistics, scheduling, materials, etc.
  • Manage the logistics of learning and create an effective learning environment along with a report on testing results.
  • Use known educational principles and stay up to date with new training methods and techniques.
  • Design and execute orientation programs for operational team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, recruiting, succession planning, internal and external communications, and employee engagement programs.
  • Innovative Thinking.
  • High level of adaptability, flexibility, and effectiveness in handling
  • Advanced research skills
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • TOT or PCT certified is a plus
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English
  • Cairo or Giza Resident nearby “El Mohandseen” is preferred
