Job Description
- Responsible for installation, troubleshooting and startup of new technologies developed within the Xerox machines.
- Executes repair work of low volume and color office machines.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Provides training and technical support of onsite personnel on machine usage to increase machine copy volume.
- Ensures that Vendor troubleshooting guidelines are observed.
- Controls service van-kit and achieve inventory check targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Major : Electrical, Mechanical and Communication)
- Fresh Graduates or one year of related experience.
- High technical level of handling hardware and software support.
- High ability for continuous learn and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills must be possessed by all service engineers.
- Must be able to travel frequently
- Being able to work alone or with a team.
- Successful problem solving skills
