Job Description

Taxation:

  • Prepare tax payments
  • Estimate and track tax returns
  • Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Organize and update the company’s tax database
  • Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
  • Share financial data with the accounting department
  • Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
  • Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Forecast tax predictions to senior managers

General Ledger:

  • Preparation, review and posting of monthly journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage procurement operations for finance organization.
  • Invoice review, payments, vendor management, and assistance with prepaid and accrued expenses
  • Assist with monthly close process including financial analysis and financial reporting
  • Support annual audits and tax return working in concert with external auditors
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance.
  • From 7 to 10 years of experience. Previous experience in GL & Taxation is required.
  • Very Good in English, Excel & ERP.
  • Post graduated CMA, MBA or ESAA is preferred.
