Helps ensure sales goals are obtained by welcoming customers and ensuring they have what they are looking for, while promoting better alternatives (up selling), sale items and other relevant products to assist them with their projects.
Determines customers’ needs and offers an appropriate service, product and/or suggestion. Personally accompanies customer to the merchandise location.
Uses the magic question to inquire about customer’s needs.
Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management.
Meets or exceeds weekly sales targets
Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management
Punctual and adheres to designated work schedule

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
Experience in sales.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Good familiarity of English language spoken and written
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
