Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Receive inquiries from Anavara offices and obtain estimate from hospitals
  • Send the estimates back to Anavara office which sent the enquiry
  • Follow up with hospitals for clarifications
  • Obtain visa assistance letter from hospital for client to travel to Egypt for medical treatment.
  • Receive clients at airport who come to Egypt for medical treatment or procedure.
  • Arrange accommodation for the clients in Egypt.
  • Arrange for local travel vehicle for the patient.
  • Provide local sim for clients if required.
  • Arrange for local interpreter/ assistant if requested by client. (additional charge)
  • Extension of visa if required.
  • When client is in Egypt for treatment, meet him and provide services he requires.

Job Requirements

  • English speaking skill is a must
  • Available to spare at least 15- 20 hours per month initially and as volumes go up, as required.
  • This is only a part time job- as volumes of patients go up, it can turn into a full time position.
  • Besides basic honorarium, a per client service charge of 1500 EGP will also be paid.
