Job Description
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Schedule product demonstrations
- Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Act as the subject matter expert in the features, benefits and application of products
- Conduct needs assessment meeting with specific prospects
- Ensure success in the retention and growth of account revenue
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- 3-8 years of proven sales track record (closing, fully cycle, inside sales)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred Age: Not more than 35
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Fluent English
- Experienced to sale similar solutions for HRMS
- Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment
- Sales experience in a technology-oriented field (SAAS given high consideration)
