- Provides second level expert services in the area of payroll processes and services, policies and guidelines, support the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / projects for countries in scope

- University graduate in Human Resources or similar
- Human Resources Process knowledge in operational environment
- Good understanding of Novartis global HRIS processes (for internal NVS staff applying
- Knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/PY) as end-user
- Good written and spoken English plus good written and spoken other language an advantage
- Solid knowledge of SAP HCM PA/OM/TM/PY for HR Core
- FPoC: Solid Human Resources Process knowledge in country’s operational environment
