Job Description
- Manage IT staff recruiting, training and coaching , communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting desktop, laptops, server, application, internet and network infrastructure.
- Administering web Hosting mail System.
- Administering ERP System.
- Administering analog telephone BPX & Security Cameras System for all Branches.
- Administering Kaspersky antivirus.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as an IT team leader or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience on network and Servers administration, installation and Troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- BS in communication, Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
