Job Description
Main Job Duties:

Creating and preparing business reviews in coordination with reporting senior analyst.

Creating on-time reports, business scorecards and results management dashboards on periodical basis to support the decision making process both internally and externally
- Providing the necessary information as need arises to assist and support implementation of all new project scope
- Measure staff KPIs and results on individual level on periodical basis to ensure all required information availability to all levels
- Align with all business owners that all business activities are bench-marked, and accurately measured on Table - F on an ongoing basis
- Calculating the required templates as per project requirements to measure performance metrics on Table-F
- Archiving and documenting all data for the assigned projects.
- Provide process control reports including bond factor, VSF reports and cluster management reports.
Job Requirements
- Experience Google docs, Google sheets, Comprehensive experience with Google Sheets Formulas, Google Scripts Commands and it's applications. (Mandatory).
- Previous experience in Contact Center.
- University Graduate.
- The Arabic language is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English.
