Job Description:
- Leads and negotiates all real estate transactions in collaboration with key internal and external resources.
- Leads expansion activities including the identification and construction of new major sites.
- Create, coordinate, and evaluate company financial systems and supporting information to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and asset conservation.
- Design and implement changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
- Coordinate preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguard measures.
- Participate as a proactive member of the management team with financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure records and systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
- Develop and direct implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
- Manage multi-company corporate books, licenses and insurance.
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide management. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weaknesses.
- Interacts with executive management to inform and influence major real-estate strategies and decisions.
- Provides direction to Real Estate Construction team to create plans, budgets, and schedules facility purchases, construction and modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
- Leads large scale contract development and negotiation pertaining to Real Estate in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
- Keeps abreast of new work space concepts to drive innovation and collaboration and occupational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 10+ GCC experience as a Finance director in the real estate field
- Arabic Nationality, advanced skills level in using Microsoft Dynamic GP (Grate Planes account system) and other account software is advantage
- Fluent in English
- Arabic is a must
