Job Description
- Well dealing with suppliers to negotiate prices
- Respond to the needs of production Plan
- Follow up with suppliers during the Purchasing Process
- Check New Materials sources according to the R&D department
- Receive Suppliers Prices to get committee approval
- Review certificates and matching it and if there is mismatching back to QC for action
- Receive Invoice from Supplier, review it and receive Shipping Policy...
- Receive Tracking Number from Supplier to ensure from sending shipping and register it on Oracle Program.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree
- 5-7 years of experience in Foreign Purchasing in Pharmaceutical companies
- Very good English&computer skills
- Very good communication skills
- Work under pressure
- Team Work Player
