Job Description
- Knowledge of relevant destinations, attractions, and travel is important.
- Handle Domestic holiday packages for groups and individuals.
- Making arrangements for transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside Egypt.
- Interact with clients over Phone, Email, social media and Life chat.
- Handling invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative
- Prepare itinerary and issue vouchers.
- Liaise with hotel & transport suppliers for reservation, amendment, and cancellation.
- Preparing tour assignments accordingly to tour the itinerary.
- Maintaining and enhancing tour quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Good command in English.
- Experience In handling and arranging group bookings.
- Previous experience of hotels contracting and getting exclusive deals.
- Strong Negotiation, persuasion and leadership skills
- Ability to work under stress.
