Job Description
- Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
- Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
- Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
- Update bookings with hotel confirmation numbers on a daily bases.
- Make online/offline bookings.
- Daily check on the system.
- Check and reply to daily emails.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or an equivalent degree preferably in tourism or related field.
