Travel Adviser

Working In collaboration with the Real Egypt CEO and manager and under his/her supervision, the Travel Adviser will have responsibility over the following tasks:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Checking the assigned mailbox for new upcoming tour requests.
  • Finding the proper itinerary or tailoring a new itinerary matching the client request.
  • Calculating the quote to send with the chosen itinerary.
  • Following through with the clients until the tour is booked
  • Collecting the necessary data needed for the operation process.
  • Handling the tour to the operations team and adding it to the booked system.
  • Any related additional task requested by the Manager
Job Requirements

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Fluency in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in French, German will be and additional advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the different attractions and destinations where the company operates, notably in Egypt.
  • Very good computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc)
  • Energetic personality with capacity to learn fast. excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivation, innovative mindset, ability to recommend improvements and contribute to their implementation.
  • Good public relations skills.
  • Ability to function well at a high level of pressure and to enhance team environment.

Preferable

  • Previous experience working in a similar job, or retired tour guide
