Job Description
The main role of the candidate is to support implementing the HR activities (including organization development, performance management, compensation, morale improvement, counseling and problem solving). The role also includes:
- Developing and updating the company job descriptions as well as the organization/departmental structures in cooperation with the OD section head and line managers.
- Developing and updating competency model and link the model to the selection, performance appraisal and training systems.
- Working with the OD section head in executing the performance management system, ensuring the identification of the individual training needs.
- Participating in formulating and updating the company in–house training system.
- Participating in the HR committee used for evaluating the jobs.
- Collecting information about the market regarding the salary ranges and using the data in creating the grading system and salary structure.
- Recording all changes in the HR scorecards and ensuring the system is updated.
- Providing employees with information about HR policies, rules and regulations, job duties, working conditions, salaries, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Conducting the needed visits to departments’ to ensure commitment for the OD systems and giving the needed advice for improvement.
- Ensuring effective implementation to the HR policies and procedures.
- Participating in the opinion surveys and rap sessions, making the analysis, providing and implementing recommendations.
- Participating in the preparation of the HR monthly report regarding issues as internal mobility, professional & social activities and grievances.
- Creating, developing and updating positions, structures & competencies on the ERP system.
- Developing self, and maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times.
- In addition to any other job related duties assigned by the OD section head.
Job Requirements
- Sc. Business Administration. A postgraduate diploma is preferred.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in the OD.
