Job Description
- Advises management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
- Serves as internal consultant by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommends solutions
- Develops, revises and implements HR policies and procedures
- Ensures HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
- Prepares and maintains reports related to specific HR projects
- Assists with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
- Develops methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
- Conducts audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
- Presents coaching sessions related to specific HR programs
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language
- Proven Practical and theoretical experience as an HR & Management Consultant
- Good communication skills
- HR Diploma is a must
