Job Description
- Provides targeted training to individuals to help them strengthen their interpersonal skills
- Selects and creates appropriate training material for instructional purposes
- Teaches helpful strategies as well as provides various role-playing activities that allow the participants to realize their shortcomings and take action to correct them
- Monitors the effectiveness of the training material
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- HR Diploma is a must
- TOT is a must
