Job Description
- Schedules, designs and facilitates training classes to help strengthen the trainees' interpersonal skills
- Selects and creates appropriate training manuals for instructional purposes
- Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of the training course and implements improvements
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language
- At least 3 years hands-on experience as a Human Resources Trainer
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- HR Diploma is a must
- TOT is a must
