Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
Develop a full understanding of business processes in scope for assigned audits and document the processes in flowcharts and / or process narratives.
Analyzing business processes to identify control deficiencies as well as business operating problems and opportunities.
Scheduling audits, determining the resources that are necessary, and seeing that the approved audit plan is accomplished to the extent staffing allows.
Perform audit assignment and prepare working papers in accordance with professional llA standards and Chloride’s IA methodology.
Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evident support for findings.
Identifies the root causes of the needs or improvement opportunity.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established / required timeline.
Determine compliance with policies and procedures, corporate governance and laws and regulations.
