Job Description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports
- Greet and assist visitors.
Working Conditions :
- 6 days a week , Friday is off
- Working hours from 10 AM till 6 PM
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Excellent experience in office (word-excel & doing equations).
- Fast typing & formatting letters & contracts.
- Working under pressure in professional way.
- Females only.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
