Job Description
- Processing tenders and commercial proposals for electrical and light current works
- Supervision on preparing work shop & composite drawings, quantity surveying , and client/subcontractor invoices ( Revit experience is a must )
- Preparation of technical / material submittal and any further studies and calculations
- Preparing value engineers , variation orders and raising RFI's - Evaluation and Differentiation Suppliers / Subcontractors technical and commercial offers
- Preparing purchasing orders and subcontractor contracts -
- Clients and Subcontractors invoices review for compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar field
- Previous construction work experience in electrical engineering or related position
- Proficient in using AutoCAD & Revit or other engineering softwares .
