Job Description
- Enter timesheet data into the personnel/payroll system.
- Print ID card for new employee.
- Record employee’s data on Workflow program.
- Implement policies and procedures
- Enter timesheet data into the personnel/payroll system.
- Review on the calculation of vacations balance
- Review timesheets for completeness.
- Solve problems for both Employees and HR program.
- Receive employees requests.
- Modify any data regarding time attendance.
- Follow up the maintenance for the time machine.
- Keep and archive employee files.
- All other job-related duties as assigned.
