Job Description

  • Enter timesheet data into the personnel/payroll system.
  • Print ID card for new employee.
  • Record employee’s data on Workflow program.
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Enter timesheet data into the personnel/payroll system.
  • Review on the calculation of  vacations balance
  • Review timesheets for completeness.
  • Solve problems for both Employees and HR program.
  • Receive employees requests.
  • Modify any data regarding time attendance.
  • Follow up the maintenance for the time machine.
  • Keep and archive employee files.
  • All other job-related duties as assigned.
