Job Description
- Prepare the work plan of the department and discuss it with the direct head before implementation
- Distribute tasks to the employees of the department and follow-up their work and follow-up the implementation of their plans
- Traffic on work sites to ensure the extent to which subordinates follow the rules and regulations of the work
- Dealing with the difficulties and problems facing the workflow and promptly reporting on the most important difficulties and proposals to deal with them
- Control the quality of the product during the different manufacturing stages of the product so as to be in accordance with the Egyptian standard specifications of the company
- Inspect raw materials supplied to the warehouses to ensure the quality of raw materials
- Follow-up the implementation of the health requirements of workers before and during work
- Determine the needs of the laboratory equipment and tools to measure measurements to facilitate and accurately carry out the work and the activity of inspection and quality.
- Review the quality of products intended for exit to customers and check returns from customers and clarify the reasons for return
- Review the reports of quality controllers and take appropriate improvement decisions after taking the necessary action
- Check stock and expiry date of products to exit the oldest date in stock
- Execution of any executions of expired products
- Develop an effective system of periodic reports for the department and make sure to prepare them in an effective manner.
- Prepare a manual of work procedures and tests for the department and follow up on its updating and development
- Follow up the issuance of legislation, laws and specifications for food and methods of examination approved.
- Receive, study and respond to quality complaints
- Prepare a training and development plan to develop the competence of workers under his leadership technically and administratively in coordination with the direct president and human resources
- Prepare the evaluation of the performance of subordinates working in the Department in coordination with the direct head and human resources
- Perform the work assigned to him within the limits of his competence
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor of Agriculture / Veterinary Medicine / Animal Production - Food Industries
- Years of experience required: 10 years
- Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of modern methods of quality control and calibration of devices
- Leadership and supervisory abilities
- Ability to work together, make decisions and solve problems
- Other requirements:
- Access to training programs in T Q M TQM, European Standards for Agricultural Animal Products PRC
