Job Description
- Applying for working license and Residence for Foreigners.
- Dealing with the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation (Modifying Company – General Assembly, etc.).
- Support the Manager to Visit the government department to finish some tasks (Apply branch license – import permit – Trade Mark –etc.)
- Handling Corporate & Companies Law.
- Research, anticipate & guard company against legal risks.
- Support the Manager to Maintenance the relations with government offices.
- Guide and Support managers & ensure compliance with rules & regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master in Law.
- 2 years of working experience in PR, Broker, lawyer field.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
