Job Description
We’re looking for a bright, skillful & experienced executive secretary with an aptitude for technical products to support the sales department & managing partners. Scope mainly entails, but is not limited to, the following:
- Handle the email correspondence with clients in English/Arabic on behalf of the sales account managers
- Participate with another colleague in typing down the offers prepared by the sales team
- Participate in handling incoming calls & inquiries over the phone
- Monitor & report on sales inquiries handling & closure
- Maintain & enhance office digital & hard copy media library
- Welcome visiting clients & direct to the relevant sales team member
- Meet & greet foreign partners/suppliers & handle their travel arrangements
- Handle travel & transportation logistics for staff & partners
- Manage the task distribution to office messengers & control their performance
- Manage the office logistics including supplies, cleanliness, readiness for meetings…etc.
- Support management in marketing operations including preparation activities for exhibitions/seminars
- Ensure the best customer experience for the client base within their scope
Job Requirements
- Bright, skillful & experienced executive secretary
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Very strong command of written and spoken English & Arabic
- Skillful in MS Office suite and IT in general
- Charismatic & presentable strong character able to interact with people from different backgrounds
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. High school degree from a private school is a must.
- Available for work on our office hours Sat-Thurs 9am-4pm
