Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual who:
- Prospects and sells to individual accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the objectives established in the marketing plan.
- Ensures that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room
- Pursues, evaluates solicits, sells and confirms business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
- Invites potential users to tour the property and conducts individual tours highlighting the facilities and services.
- Develops overseas accounts if required to do so by planning and conducting international sales trips.
Job Requirements
Experience and Knowledge:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Hospitality Industry experience is a must
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of achievement and a sales driven mindset
- Has solid knowledge of the GCC/Middle East leisure markets with a strong network of connections
- Has strong organization and people management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Travel is required; both domestic and international
