Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for meeting monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, such as:
- Repair short completion lead time
- High repair quality.
- Daily Technicians’ Productivity
- Service Center Expenses
- Manage spare parts warehouse and ensure stock counting accuracy.
- Train and develop service center technicians.
- Preparing annual budgets and monitor quarter performance accordingly.
- Direct continuous improvement activities to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste throughout the operation.
- Work cross functionally with other company departments to ensure best service quality for external customers
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree [Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics]
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages
- Experience in dealing with SAP ERP is an asset
- Fluent in English Language
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the Supervision of Home Appliances Customer Service center.
- Managing staff and operational systems in a direct customer facing role.
- Experience in training and employee development
- Strong supervision of a repair process, and basic business operations is strongly desired
- Strong skills in multi-tasking and proactive thinking
