Job Description

  • Responsible for initiating deals with new potential tenants who fit the club’s tenant mix revising their product mix, pricing & align with management.
  • Prepare an appointment with potential and leasing manager to negotiate the leasing deal.
  • Site visits with potential tenants to study locations & traffic versus profitability.
  • Coordinate with the engineering department for approvals regarding capacity and specs of the place to assure smooth workflow.
  • Draft a proposal to the Tenant with full details about locations, dimensions and commercial terms after final agreement with leasing manager, then follow up with the client to finalize the deal.
  • Responsible on contract process full cycle, follow up with internal departments till contract is signed & tenant submit the required payments, then send the contract to the concerned departments
  • Responsible on the handover process in coordination with other departments until tenant starts operation inside club.
  • Follow up with tenants to collect overdue rent in coordination with Finance department & discuss further issues if needed with management.
  • Responsible for revenue share sales & make the needed reports to upper management.
  • Responsible for monitoring Food and safety report & escalate to tenant & management to take action if needed.
  • Responsible on the archiving process of all contracts for future reference.
  • Respond to Tenant’s complains, requirements among clubs & follow up with the internal departments if needed.
  • Quarter after-sales report with all tenants receiving their feedback to build loyalty & for further escalation to upper management.

Job Requirements

  • Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-5 years of experience in same coordination post.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skill.
  • Negotiation.
