Job Description
Main Purpose
Provide support & assistance to company applications’ users by answering questions and/or resolving applications’ problems for clients in person. May provide assistance concerning the application business logic.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the SAP environment. ECC, BI, Fiori and solution manager.
- Collaborates to resolve SAP transport and source code problems. .
- Responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Responsible for SAP Database maintenance..
- Responsible for service continuity management and systems upgrades.
- Possess the ability to analyze situations and provide problem resolution. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a requirement..
- Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.p>
- Install and configure all required SAP database servers and application servers.
- Create and modify Business Applications reports.
- Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).p>
- Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades. p>
