Job Description

  • Administer the agency's clients social media marketing and advertising.
  • Plan and execute plans to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media platforms , e-mail, etc...)
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Create social media strategies to achieve clients marketing targets including SWOT analysis, Sostac, competitive analysis, tactics, determine brand persona & brand voice.
  • Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
  • Administer all agency's social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Liaise with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with account managers and Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new plans.
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Deliberate planning and goal setting
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Content management
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Aware by SEO/SEM marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Excellent communications & writing skills
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working directly in social media strategy at an agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be a self-starter and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrate strategic insight to develop plans that align with the clients business objectives and proposed strategy
