Job Description
- Prepare tax returns, tax payments, necessary paperwork and reports for all types of taxes.
- Estimate and track tax returns.
- Manage and maintain the company’s tax information and supporting documents for the future inspection.
- Ensure that the financial records and financial books are properly comply with the tax law and tax regulations.
- Organize and update the company’s tax database.
- Keep Liaising with Tax authorities.
- Regularly reviewing Accounting books / systems to insure the integrity of accounting process, accounting records and finally making updates and improvements where necessary.
- Regularly reviewing financial supporting document to ensure the availability and integrity.
- Regularly reviewing financial book to make sure the integration with the filed tax returns.
- Identifying tax saving and areas where the businesses can improve to reduce the tax. .
- Share financial data with the accounting department.
- Follow industry updates / trends and track changes related to taxes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Commerce.
- Experience: From 2 – 5 years of experience in the Tax. Work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst is a must.
- Languages: Good English.
- Computer Skills: good Knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, ….etc)
- Strong knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations.
- Strong Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong numeracy skills, Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
