Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Develop recruitment, background check and on boarding procedures
- Source and attract candidates by using database, social media, etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct the first interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Schedule the interviews with the department managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Conduct reference checks
- On board new employees
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, ideally in heavy industry
- English & MS package proficiency
- Hands-on various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
