Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in updating with the Job Description
- Participating in updating the corporate structure from a strategic perspective.
- Participating in Designing career path program and develop a succession plan.
- To be involved in updating the organization chart.
- Participating in updating the Company Policies and Procedures.
- Participating in job families & job mapping projects.
- Ensuring that the performance appraisal forms are submitted in a timely manner.
- Participating in Preparing reports, such as organization and flow charts, succession planning and career path reports
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' extensive experience in OD
- Working experience in job evaluation based on Hey or Watson Towers
- Relevant bachelor degree
- Fluency in English; spoken and written.
- PHRI, HR diploma or any related professional certificates.
