Job Description

#Call_Center_Agent for #Kuwait is now needed for 2 Year contract ;

  • Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scats to seize upsetting and crossing selling opportunities.
  • Engaging with customers and diffuse and rectify complaints.
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and outlet supervisors for orders.

Working Conditions

  • Ticket to: from Egypt + accommodation + transport from work + duty meal.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • High School education
  • SAP and CRM knowledge is an advantage

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Time management
  • Work to deadlines
  • Can work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Arabic speaking advantage but not essential
