Job Description:
- Understanding details about each individual project from project managers and reading client instructions carefully before accepting projects.
- Dividing and allocating job duties and tasks among Translation teams according to each member’s expertise and capacity.
- Reassigning tasks dynamically as needed.
- Making sure team members fully understand and are capable of performing allocated tasks.
- Responding to project managers regarding internal team capabilities and managing internal deadlines accordingly.
- Coordinating between project managers and the Translation team.
- Following up on the status of tasks allocated to each individual team member and updating project managers as needed.
- Continuously communicating with project managers our internal capabilities in order to help them manage customer expectations.
Job Requirements
Job specifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in languages, Business or related field.
- +3 years of experience in localization project management or translation.
- Fluency in English Spoken and Written.
- Have strong planning and organizational skills and excellent attention to details.
- Have strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel. Knowledge OF CAT tools is an advantage, but not required.
- Effective and strong communication skills with internal, external teams and Midlocalize clients.
- Flexible and open to change and excited to come up with solutions to problems.
