Job Description
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
- Prepare tax documents.
- Compile and analyze financial statements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Authorize access to project accounts.
- Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts.
- Handle Site petty cash.
- Reporting to Senior management on all Project financials.
- Preparation and consolidation of additional services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance required
- 5+ Years of experience
- Experience in construction.
