The design and development of new product formulations, scientific data collection, performing trials, studying the related results and recommending optimization required.
Optimization of developed formulas for successful scale up to production
Apply good documentation practices in all required documents (new product files compilation, preparation of development reports including all data regarding executed trials summary, product specifications, scale up batches instructions, writing SOPs, etc…).
Trouble shooting investigation activities and implementation of approved proposals.
Studying opportunities for improvement of old products.

Pharmacy or Science graduate (Pharmacist are preferred)
Have at least 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical products formulation in well established companies.
Hands-on experience with eCTD files documentation is a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Fast learner and passionate for research
Thorough understanding of formulations techniques
Very good command in English
Very good knowledge of MS Office
