Job Description
- Identifies, develops and implements rewards & performance management process policies, practices and programs to meet organizational, line and executive management needs
- Provides interpretation and counsel to organizational, line and executive management regarding rewards & performance policies, programs and practices
- Responsible for the assessment of current job design and recommends improvements in line with employee, line and executive management needs
- Provides management advisory services recognizing top performers, and taking appropriate actions on performance issues
- Oversees current motivation and satisfaction programs and develops new practices
- Provides information about market salaries and maps discrepancies
- Liaises with benefits’ supplier and employees
Job Requirements
- Educational background in HR
- Year of Experience : 3-5 years ( Preferred to have min 1 year of performance management)
- Excellent English Language
