Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide a supervisory management function for all service advisor. To lead a reception team ensuring efficient and professional manner is maintained. Act as a role model to demonstrate and promoting standards expected by practicing and creating the energy and the enthusiasm for excellent customer service & experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. Customer Experience focused
- Ensure that all Reception Hosts and Service Advisors provide a “Customer Centric” environment that is geared to the highest level of customer satisfaction and promotes our Customer Service Omonetashi.
- Ensure the accurate flow of customer, vehicle information to ensure the vehicles are Fixed Right First time and delivered based on the customer promised delivery time.
- Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrates a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick n’ span and safety that promotes a customer centric environment.
- Ensure the tracking of the financial performance of each Service Advisor.
- Staff Management:
- Conduct daily feedback and operational meetings to review daily expectation and deliverables
- Provide a daily tracking of performance and review daily.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for staff that are sick, on leave or staff attending training.
- Ensure opening and shutdown procedures are in place.
- Ensure that eaach and every staff member has a clear job description and objectives and are aware of all disciplinary and grievance procedure
- Motivate and encourage team to participate in employee and customer engagement forums
- Provide training calendars and enroll all staff of training relevant to their job duty and responsibility
- Ensure all staff adhere to Lexus standard.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
Diploma or Degree in : Automobile / Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
Minimum Experience: UAE National fresh graduate with a relevent university graduate.
