Job Description
- Arranging weekly parents’ tours.
- Arranging Open Days and Nursery visits.
- Arranging the induction program for new students in liaison with HoS
- Allocating students to classes in liaison with HoS
- Prepare and review Application pack
- Giving out application forms and explaining about school fees.
- Assisting the Principal with processing new applications for students, assisting parents with application forms, arranging admission assessments in conjunction with Heads of School.
- Preparing the age range document for incoming students.
- Maintaining up to date admissions figures, waiting lists, and projected numbers for the following year.
- Allocate students to houses, balancing siblings, numbers and gender.
- Maintaining up to date & accurate student files.
- Entering new student’s data on ISAMS and producing necessary documentation for finance
- Handling student registration with MOE.
- Transfer documents to other School & Universities in liaison with Examination officer including paperwork required by MOE
- Producing reports for school administration e.g. student telephone lists and class lists, while treating all information received with confidentiality.
- Gathering information regarding school leavers and withdrawals from the application process.
- Channeling parent requests/complaints.
- Writing registration letters for students in English and Arabic.
