Job Description

  • Reflect a professional and efficient image about FTTC through the messages they covey to FTTC clients through the call centre.
  • Responsible for answering the telephone, directing callers, taking messages.
  • Responsible for answering all phone of FTTC clients, provide information about training courses according to structured provided answers.
  • Receives visitors to FTTC.
  • Liaises with Finance and Administration Department regarding delivery of mail.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the FTTC telephone directory.

Job Requirements

  • Have a university degree
  • Oral and written fluency in Arabic and English
  • Excellent computer skills, namely MS applications
  • Presentable
  • Customer Service experience is an asset
